That’s too bad. He sounded like he was getting his head on straight, but his early childhood training was just too strong, I guess. His bad knees didn’t help, either.

he dropped like a rock in the draft because teams thought he was a hothead. During the pre-draft interviews he apparently got into a fight with Eagles RB coach. I believe the coach asked a provocative (i.e. offensive implication) question to gauge response and Guice lost it. Personally, if the questions are what was rumored (either if he was gay, or if his mom is a prostitute, or both) then he was entitled to explode. But regardless, he fell out of the first round because teams thought he should have just gritted his teeth and taken it.
That just increases his street creds. Nothing will happen to him.He is probably back with the team by now. Him and mama are back together. Mama is not going to take a chance on losing all that money. This wasn’t his and her first rodeo.

I would think that black players in the NFL should start any “justice reform” by cleaning out their own criminals.
I hope someone has a list of how many black players, over the past 5 years (plus Aaron Hernandez), were convicted of criminal acts (including armed robbery, drug dealing assaults, wife beating, gambling, etc).
Then compare it to baseball and basketball black players. What you will see should shock you and be an insult to decent, law abiding black football players and athletes in general.
Protestors, clean thine own house, first. Lead by example, not bluster, demands and stupidity.
