It appears to me that a more revealing description would be that the poll workers conveniently left the vote tabulation “data packs” unattented so that they could be “adjusted” if need be and subsequently “discovered” during a recount.

Get ready for election night. The Democrats are planning to sow so much chaos that the national results will lose all integrity and we will never know who actually won in close states. The courts will decide the election and the process will continue state by state for months through appeals and emergency hearings by the SCOTUS.
