There's enormous opposition on capitol hill for Trump's drawn down on troops stationed abroad no matter how long we've been there, oh say 70 years or so, or the real necessity of such a thing in 2020.
They have their views and Trump has his as CIC and the chief executive. They are in separate, co-equal branches of gov't. This is much ado about nothing.

No way in hell this B-word deserves to be a Cardinal (top 3 in Leadership) after only serving 3 years in Congress. No particular qualifications and those are ordinary.
