Police appear to be turning a blind eye to a growing crowd of drug addicts shooting up in broad daylight in Manhattan's Midtown neighborhood as locals plead for someone to step in and put an end to the unsettling scenes. Since the start of the coronavirus pandemic, the once bustling area at the heart of the Big Apple has emptied of office workers rushing to and from meetings and tourists snapping photos of sparking skyscrapers. They've now been replaced with people down on their luck, many of them struggling with drug addiction, who have come to call that stretch of Broadway 'home'.

You live in occupied territory and all the good work that you do just enriches communist pukes who despise you and plan your destruction.
Not everyone takes pleasure from seeing NYC, or any US city, having troubles due to bad leadership. I do not. It is a tragedy what has happened across the USA this year. It makes me sick to my stomach. It is awful and should not be happening. Leftists will destroy this country if given the chance.

I take no joy that because Texas and Florida thought they were smarter than everyone else and didn’t shut down for a minute cases are exploding and hundreds are dying a day.
Oh, we shut down in Florida back in March. While New Yorkers were flocking here, too.

People living in New York city that do not like what is happening there, need to pack their families and flee.
There are better places to live then corrupt cities like New York, Chicago, Seattle, LA and other crime fill cities.
The country is on a runaway freight train that can not be turn around. I would move my family out of any corrupt big city before I became a target of crime or hate. A lot of those cities you can not even protect your family with a handgun.

Those pics reminds me of the parking lot of my office building in San Francisco. Junkies use to use my car side view mirror to shoot up. Often I would have to readjust my mirror after they used it. I don’t miss that trash at all.

Yea a lot of them did vote for it. They will move because of it then bring there politics to the new town they move too. We are already seeing that in SC. There are some that did not.

That was the nickname for 42nd St in the 70s when it was rows of porno & other exploitation movies, hookers, pickpockets, etc.
I used to have to walk down 41st just to keep from getting ill during my morning commutes.
I’ve never seen junkies doing their thing on the streets in my area but of course that doesn’t mean they don’t.
You wonder how many of these junkies were warned well before they were junkies? How often they’ve been in re-hab only to take it up again and again as they cycle themselves in and out those doors.
I think I’ve become hardened to their plight these days...live and let live or die trying it their own way doesn’t seem to matter much anymore what people do to themselves.
If only the mayor Kenney and Krasner would first.
