So he is basically saying the Dem party is too stupid to secure its site so Trump or Russia or China or North Korea could hack the site.
Heh... what he's really saying is, he thinks the public is really stupid enough and gullible enough to believe the collusion narrative that his political party invented, while they were (and continue to be) colluding with Russians, Chinese, and other foreign enemies.
