I don’t understand how that couple can be pardoned when they haven’t even been convicted of a crime. The proper process is exactly what the AG is doing. He’s overriding that idiot local DA and dismissing the charges from a state level.
He or the DOJ needs to charge the circuit attorney with civil rights violations.

The governor has already said he will issue a full pardon if it becomes necessary. But, he’s holding off pending the state AG’s actions.
