Last Saturday in Atlanta, 8-year-old Secoriea Turner was killed while riding in a car with her mother and a family friend who was driving. According to police, as the driver attempted to enter a parking lot where a group of protesters had illegally placed barricades, armed individuals opened fire on the vehicle, striking it multiple times and killing Turner.
Secoriea Turner was black, as is a person of interest police are seeking in her killing.
So, in admonishing blacks to choose whether they want to be upstanding citizens who happen to be black or, well, that other word – we may be asking many of them to make discernments they are ill-equipped to make.
As I've indicated over the last few weeks in this space, "black lives matter" as a sentiment is eminently justified. The Black Lives Matter organization, however, is a poisonous outfit that is nothing more than a device of radical communists seeking a violent overthrow of our government. The fact that they have so many kindred spirits in government at this point will undoubtedly make neutralizing them far more difficult.

“...college educated...” Not always an indicator of an individual actually gaining any knowledge. :-)
OK, so what is YOUR solution?

....many successful blacks will default to this because it offers them an out for not reaching back and assisting their ‘brothers’ in their hood communities to change the equation in that population... Even Oprah gave up.
Get the black celebrities/sports idols ‘seriously’ together as one body and go to the hood populations with THEIR suggestions.
I’ll give you my solution:
A black father needs to be present in the life of every young black male. And when the son is about 13 years old, the dad needs to sit him down and tell him “Here’s how you do life”
1. Get an education
2. Establish your career
3. Get married
4. Make a home together
5. Have children
6. Stay married
Do those things and do them in that order.
Seriously, short of black men realizing that this is the key to being successful and prosperous, it’s not gonna happen.

Goes for white men nowadays, too, but “stay married” is often not a man’s choice.
I agree but that’s not what’s happening for many young men....who at some point decide to go another route.
Heck plenty of kids don’t follw that list to get ahead...many aren’t interested in the lifestyle of marriage and kids..and many people in general will divorce or have.
What you speak of are values....so what it it that young men today value? I don’t think many would agree with the marriage family route. And it’s highly likely their parents dn’t value these either..
Then we are screwed.
If it continues....yes.
...Because of 50 years of propaganda they have been fed...
