If the classes are exclusively on-line, why do the students need to be in the country. Can’t they attend the virtual classes from the comforts of their homes—in their homelands? Think of all the money they’ll save.

But there’s a problem. How many of these colleges’ internet streams are blocked by the Great Chinese Firewall?
