So the Crux of the decision is, any employee that can be designated a ‘ministerial employee’ falls under the decision. Ministerial employees have to have some ‘ministerial’ duty such as, opening a class in prayer.

Watch out. If JOE is elected President and the Democrats control the House and the Senate, the Religious Freedom Act will be repealed. Leftists hate all religions except Islam and even that alliance is a temporary expediency.

The usual claims of thousands of women losing access to “employer provided coverage” are stated in the article. Well that is not the same as losing access to contraceptive. One easy solution, make certain oral contraceptives available over the counter.

The reality of this is that it is about abortion. The pill mandate was the back door.

I did a search under “Supreme Court” and “Contraceptive Mandate.” Next time I will certainly consult you for additional terms to use.

Not meant as criticism, the search doesn't always work around here, either. Orrrr, I'll remember some topic, and the search won't turn it up, so I'll try Google, and after some more jogs to the memory, I may find it. Completely different title, or synonyms at play, or just that my memory is slowly spinning down the memory hole. I think memory loss may be related to hair loss, shh, don't spread that around...
