That’s why there is no correlation between cases and hospitalizations or deaths. I really think they’re shooting themselves in the foot with all this fear about the increased test rates. Much like they lost all credibility by not condemning the protests and looting.

Abbott did mishandle the virus, by being two cowardly! He violated our constitution rights. The virus death rate is dropping radically, almost the point it will no longer be considered an epidemic. That is the essential issue.
