Jan Jekielek at the Epoch Times held an exceptional interview with General Michael Flynn’s attorney Sidney Powell a week ago where Powell’s entire timeline in regards to the government’s sham case against General Flynn was discussed. This powerful interview is worth your time because it outlines the massive corruption surrounding the Flynn case that goes on to this day.
We asked a week ago – What is Judge Emmet Sullivan waiting for?
General Michael Flynn was lied to, set up multiple times before and after the Trump inauguration, excessively and to the point of illegally unmasked, targeted, ambushed in the White House, falsely accused, threatened with his son being indicted, provided corrupt legal counsel (the same firm where corrupt Obama former AG Eric Holder works), harassed for 3 years, belittled, slandered, besmirched by the judge, harassed by the judge, and then the attorneys going after him were the same attorneys who represented the corrupt Sally Yates who lied and told President Trump General Flynn lied.
The government reviewed General Flynn’s case and determined it never should have occurred. When the government and Flynn’s attorneys, including Sidney Powell, went to the court to have the case thrown out, the judge overseeing the case wouldn’t do it.
Next the government and Powell went to the DC Circuit court to have the case thrown out and the Circuit Court two weeks ago ordered Judge Sullivan to do so. This interview discusses the entire case from Sidney Powell’s perspective and the current status of this corrupt case not being thrown out by this corrupted judge.

Hes probably hoping the full court will overrule the panel. He likely would if he could, unfortunately (for him) only a party to the case "defense or prosecution" can file an appeal, and because both parties want the case dropped neither are going to appeal. The Judge can't "appeal" as he is (supposedly) a neutral party so doesn't have the standing to appeal anything.
Now Judge Sullivan did try to "backdoor" an appeal by appointing a fellow left wing judge as a supposedly "unbiased" 3rd party (who of course issued a finding saying that the Flynn case should continue). But that went nowhere at the appeals court because they rightfully said a 3rd party brought into the case by a Judge as no more right to appeal than the Judge himself.

Re the Sullivan family twitter thread...
That is amazing, revealing, and oh so depressing.

well..it could all just be BS.
But if I was Flynn and/or his lawyer I would be looking into it because something has really been off about it all.

What hes doing is hes hoping his hand picked stooge will ask the full court to review it. At a minimum that would delay the decision until after the election, which is probably his real goal. He probably doesnt feel comfortable telling the guy to ask for a full review. So hes reduced to dragging his feet in the hope that he takes the hint.

OH YES! I did a public records search for Judge Sullivans older son. And YES, he was arrested for Second degree Assault, TWICE, once when he was 17, in 1998 and AGAIN in 2012/13. The case was listed as having a disposition in 2013, but not what it was.
I found the info by searching his younger son first, and linking to his brothers records. They match him in every way, though it appears the middle initial may have been changed to make finding them more difficult. This is very typical - you simply make what appears to be a typographical error, and it will not be picked up on an accurate name search. Unless there is an Emmet F Sullivan with the same birthdate and residences, it would appear this is the man. I have made screen shots of the records.
So, apparently there is some truth to this allegation - at the very least his son was arrested twice and shows a history of violence. It also begs the question of what happened and how dd these things disappear.
The Judges grandson played football for Shepherd College and, undrafted, somehow was on the Eagles squad as a third stringer and amazingly got a Super Bowl ring - playing a grand total of 17 downs in the NFL. How does THAT happen?? The guy, Tre Sullivan has more tattoos than your average gang member. He was released in 2017 and has not been heard of since.
More to the Judge than meets the eye.

Looks like she is going to have to go back to the appellate court and move to have him removed from the case as unalterably compromised by his own bias in insisting in prosecuting the defendant or, in the alternative have the appellate court order him to dismiss the case by a date certain.

“The judge needs to be impeached.”
Yep, all it will take is a majority vote in the House of Representatives. That should be easy enough. /s But to remove him will require a conviction by 2/3rds of the Senate. He could be as white as the driven snow and he wouldn’t have to worry about losing his job or his pension.

As an immigrant, now a citizen, I just shake my head. This one person has defied the system, has not lost so far, is destroying an innocent man’s life, and is making fools of everyone in the American legal system.

“This judge needs to be fired.”
Can only be done via impeachment, and that wouldn’t happen with 47 Dims in the Senate at any time, let alone 4 months before an election, let alone 4 months before an election in which the Dims think that they have a chance to remove Donald J. Trump.
What can be done is for Sidney Powell to file a motion with the Circuit Court to have the case removed from this judge, and assigned to a judge who will actual follow the orders of a higher court.

Sidney Powell would request again that the case be yanked from Sullivan and given to another judge to sign the dismissal.
That may be what Sullivan wants. If he is in the employe of Americas enemies, or if he is being blackmailed by the same (or more likely, both), then he may want the responsibility for the action forcibly taken from him. That way he couldnt be held responsIble by the anti-American forces he has sold out to.

If Sullivan can ignore the ruling of a court, then why can't everyone else?
What's to stop President Trump from ignoring a district court order when Sullivan is ignoring an appellate court order?

Not sure the judge can be fired; however, I wish Powell would issue a statement saying that due to the judge’s refusal to follow the law, her client will not respond to any of the judges orders.
In other words, the case is closed and judge Sullivan can go pound sand.

Sidney Powell did request a change of judge in her Writ of Mandamus but the Court of Appeals did not want to be harsh on Judge Sullivan.
If she has to go back and specifically make that request, it will be granted but my guess is that she doesn’t want to make that request in writing. She’d prefer Judge Sullivan sign the Order of Dismissal when it takes effect later this week.
It’s clear that the full bench of the Court of Appeals has no interest in the matter at this point. So the clock is ticking when the three-panel decision takes effect.
Stay tuned.
