General Michael Flynn was lied to, set up multiple times before and after the Trump inauguration, excessively and to the point of illegally unmasked, targeted, ambushed in the White House, falsely accused, threatened with his son being indicted, provided corrupt legal counsel (the same firm where corrupt Obama former AG Eric Holder works), harassed for 3 years, belittled, slandered, besmirched by the judge, harassed by the judge, and then the attorneys going after him were the same attorneys who represented the corrupt Sally Yates who lied and told President Trump General Flynn lied.

The government reviewed General Flynn’s case and determined it never should have occurred.  When the government and Flynn’s attorneys, including Sidney Powell, went to the court to have the case thrown out, the judge overseeing the case wouldn’t do it.

Next the government and Powell went to the DC Circuit court to have the case thrown out and the Circuit Court two weeks ago ordered Judge Sullivan to do so.  This interview discusses the entire case from Sidney Powell’s perspective and the current status of this corrupt case not being thrown out by this corrupted judge.

“What is your purpose in subjecting our colleagues to this nonsense?” Randolph sniffed. “The jurisdiction assigned to you does not include saving the planet.”

Now Sullivan believes it is Randolph’s behavior that should be examined. He is seeking an advisory opinion from the U.S. Judicial Conference’s Committee on Codes of Conduct that addresses whether Randolph needs to recuse himself in appeals of Sullivan’s orders and whether his comments on climate science show his impartiality is impaired

However, and contrary to the title of the article, Attny Powell has not yet said, "Sullivan refuses to sign the Mandate". Sullivan is presently within the rules of the court (21 days, etc.)

Absent a massive intel operation, it is not possible to predict exactly when and how a soft coup attempt may turn violent. Perhaps Barr should consider accelerating his efforts and timing.

Some pretty nasty allegations that should be looked into. Given that it involves the legal system it should be fairly easy for Sidney Powell to investigate if she has the contacts..and I am sure she does.

What do you want? He is a democrat. He has an ego as big as Alaska. He knows that he will eventually be shot down, but there is an election in November which he thinks he can affect, so there is the reason for the holdout, to malign the Republicans.
