In a Wednesday order, Senior U.S. District Judge Loretta Preska determined that attorneys for Epstein survivor Virginia Roberts Giuffre had improperly gained access to many of those highly-prized documents.

The copies that Guiffre's lawyers have will be destroyed.

The originals stay put, under restricted access.

Preska was on Dubya's short list of Supreme Court candidates, and he nominated her for the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.

She doesn't appear to be a fly-by-night political type.
