In remarks on Fox News’ “America’s Newsroom,” the former adviser to President George W. Bush said that “when you are in the barrel, you need to do something that says you are moving in a different direction.” “You have to do something that's big and grab the attention of the American people. It's a big new policy or a change in direction,” he said. Rove said successful reelection campaigns in the modern era — Bill Clinton in 1996, Bush in 2004 and a Barack Obama in 2012 — all said, ‘Here's what I've been doing.’ But all of them also said: ‘Here's the second act. Here's what I want to do in the coming four years.’” “The third thing that they would do in those speeches is say, Hhere’s a contrast between me and my opponent,’” Rove said. “The president needs to be ready by the time he appears in the national convention … to accept the nomination of his party. He has to have a bold agenda that he lays out for the second term and that he can contrast with Joe Biden.”

1. Reform education to Classic Americanism or no public funds; based on pure merit.
2. Reform the militia by sending it 100% back to the states and ask the states to make it statutory and compulsory like it was at our founding, striking down the 1903 Dick Act: then get rid of Homeland Security, ATF, FEMA for starters.
3. Put a HOV lane in for the Death Penalty. Send a signal by signing the warrants of those in Leavenworth. All of them.
4. Mandatory 20-year prison terms for sedition. 20 sounds about right; in line with RICO.
5. Death Penalty for coup attempts. Even bloodless coup attempts: the "Strike at the King, you had Better Hit Him Act."
6. Constitutional amendment where no one may be penalized for the sins of the past.
7. Establish and agency to send malcontents to other countries, stripping them of citizenship, under State Department. Hello Liberia.
