4. Mandatory 20-year prison terms for sedition. 20 sounds about right; in line with RICO.
5. Death Penalty for coup attempts. Even bloodless coup attempts: the "Strike at the King, you had Better Hit Him Act."
6. Constitutional amendment where no one may be penalized for the sins of the past.
7. Establish and agency to send malcontents to other countries, stripping them of citizenship, under State Department. Hello Liberia.
