Kaepernick’s birth mother was a white woman. His father, an African-American, left before he was born and has never (to my knowledge) been a part of his life. He was adopted by a white couple and raised in a nice California community. He received a great education (a 4.0 student in high school and college), and had a lucrative career as an NFL QB.

If 50% of the white audience would boycott the NFL and NBA for one year, the economic model of both organizations and the sports networks would be destroyed. It is all about television revenue. If the TV networks and sport do not deliver the promised audience to advertisers, the advertisers have to make up for the shortfall by refunding part of the cost of running the commercials or execute a “make good” which is given free advertising that delivers the audience that wasn’t delivered. The networks will turn around and renegotiate the contracts with the NFL and NBA and withhold money. The NFL and NBA will then have less money to give to the teams which in turn will have to cut costs including player salaries. With revenue down, the value of the teams will decline so if a billionaire owner wishes to sell a team he/she will take a huge loss.
Isn’t capitalism grand! Make it happen. Vote with your eyeball.

Frederick Douglas was unable to see a future wherein everyone could live under a Constitution a celebrate those who started the freedom by risking their own lives to leave Bondage. Perhaps because that future wasn’t there when he spoke those words. Perhaps because everyone hadn’t had to sacrifice blood and treasure for it.
Perhaps now should ask the black soldiers, whom have fought and died, if they fought to preserve the Constitution and their freedom. By fighting against Bondage, as our forefathers did, they renewed the tree of liberty and invested in that Constitution. Those that fought in ALL wars, and Women, who marched for a right to vote, ALL fought against bondage and for liberty. The Constitution preserves such liberties, the history is written in blood, for a bloody struggle, that went on and on. The blood is immortalized in words, amendments, within the Constitution, giving liberty and justice to all.
Democrats, yes DEMOCRATS, fought for bondage. When the Civil war ended, and Amendments to the Constitution were made, they fought against those amendments with Jim Crow laws and violence from the KKK. Democrats couldn’t accept that slavery died, that people were free, and that bloody history from 1860-1865 and missed opportunities in 1790, resulted in Amendments to the Constitution that immortalized that blood and suffering with words that promised a better future. That future came, that prosperity came, it has reached into the heart of the nation. Yet, inequities continue, and the fight continues, to improve even that document that forms the best ‘experiment’ for humanity the world has ever seen.
Marxism does not lead to prosperity. Those that stand on Marxism expect them to be the few that prosper, while everyone suffers. They wish to destroy rights and prosperity for their own person gain and power. Now, Colin and his Marxist friends want to erase that history. They want that blood and the words that followed to be erased. They want a new world order, a Marxist order, werein they believe they will be in charge. Slavery always follows Marxism, because the state is more important than individual rights. When Stalin ran out of criminals, and political opponents, he had his henchmen make up crimes to send people to gulags to mine gold for the rest of their short lives. Marxism is Slavery, BLM and Antifa are PRO-SLAVERY because they are Marxist. They believe that they will not be the slaves in the new order, that Conservatives will be the slaves, so it is an acceptable form of Slavery to them.
These people, BLM, ANTIFA, Democrats, they DO NOT STRUGGLE for the Constitution, they struggle for POWER AND WEALTH. I reject them because the heart of Freedom is to reject those that would have people kneel before them and re-kindle a new slavery. It’s not about race, it’s about the Constitution, and I will gladly be called a racist for standing for that instrument. There wishes could be made in the form of Amendments, presented to congress, and debated by everyone. They have chosen violence and intimidation because they know that Marxism will not survive scrutiny.
Now they have, all races and sexes have sacrificed for the Constitution. Fear those who would remove it. Fear those who would destroy it. Fear those who don’t follow it. Presidents come and go, but the Constitution MUST remain or we will proceed shortly to bondage and see slavery again on our shores.
I reject Colin Kaepernick because he kneels for symbol of the Instrument of Freedom, and stands and promotes BONDAGE. I reject George Soros and the Democrats because they wish to destroy the Constitution, or remove the basic rights and privileges set fourth in it. Democrats believe in differential justice, see IRS, EPA, FBI, CIA, NSA in that maximum penalty is adjudicated to their political opponents while they place their hand in the Treasury like the Biden family. There is good and evil, those that would misuse power, cheer inequality under the law, and advocate Marxism are money and power hungry. They are evil and I reject them.

One of the reasons I was excited about the XFL was it’s ban on mixing politics with sports.
Given that the NBA is not also persona-non-grata in my house, I hope the XFL can get it back together for a season 2.
