Seems to me AP is the one pushing racial division. Why are they capitalizing black and not white ? That is pushing racial division.

You bet!! In fact I am convinced there is an inverse relationship between common sense and high intelligence. More to your point, IQ is a measure of ones ability to learn and has little to do with being smart which is a measure of how what has been learned is applied to ones journey thru life.
