I had a FedEx package last month. First one in several years. The package took a week to leave Ohio and then 2 days after that to read me.
When it kinda sorta has to be there without getting lost...
Last week I sat and watched the FedEx guy fumble around with the unlocked padlock hanging in the gate latch for a good 5 minutes.
Not being able to figure out that he only had to slide it out of the latch hole, he put my package of electronics over the fence onto the grass.
We were expecting to rain so I ran out and rescued it.
Better than that was the female driver who showed up during a cold winter sleet downpour and rather than getting out and putting the package on the porch like she was supposed to, she yelled from her truck, would I mind catching it if she threw it out her open door.
It was a pricey laptop.
Then there’s the tale of a $10K money order they “lost” for 30 days and a “24 hour ship” live Ball Python morph who came from GA to MD via TN/VA/PA/NJ/PA/MD in 3 days...in the middle of winter.
Not surprisingly, he arrived here cold as ice with a URI.
Great company.
What other shipping company would you suggest?
Teamster-infested UPS? The company who managed to take two weeks to deliver a package to me, a distance of 50 miles, only after wasting hours of my time on the phone trying to find out where it was? The company that recently delivered two packages to me with holes punctured in the cartons?
Or maybe you prefer the USPS.
Waited for a pool liner, I called after 2 weeks said it was in distribution center 5 miles from my house, some one canceled the order, not me and is now making its way back to origin. Supervisor said she couldnt do anything its out of her hands, This is fed ex
