I'd love to live in NYC’s Connecticut suburbs...and I will as soon as I win Powerball. For that matter I wouldn't mind living in Scarsdale (made famous by “Hey 19”) or New Rochelle (made famous by Dick Van Dyke).But a Powerball win is essential there as well.
