Biden, who has been stuck at his Wilmington home during the pandemic, also took questions from reporters for the first time in months after the Trump campaign accused him of hiding.
But the gaffe-prone former lawmaker lashed out when one reporter mentioned his own mental deterioration at age 65 and asked Biden if he had been tested for cognitive decline.
“You’re a lying dog face,” Biden said, apparently irritated that the reporter kept asking questions as he tried to leave the event, before adding that he was “constantly tested.”
“All you gotta do is watch me and I can hardly wait to compare my cognitive capability to the cognitive capability of the man I’m running against,” he said.

Wow. Stunning lack of self-awareness. Anyone watching Biden closely sees a confused, decrepit, mumbling, bumbling dementia sufferer. Sure, some voters prefer him or anyone with (or without) a pulse to Trump, but it ain’t because of his cognitive capability. Love Trump or loathe him, anyone who watched him a week ago in Tulsa saw someone who’s firing on all cylinders mentally and as a public speaker. The debates, if they happen, will be an absolute disaster for Joe.
Well, the test has yet to find a functioning cognition. “Zero cognition detected. Please aim brain scanner at head and try again.” Joe Biden’s head, the wall, whatever, no difference.

Focusing on Biden’s mental issues makes it tougher for him to select a VP.
If he appoints a non-radical, the Antifa and BLM will erupt in protest.
