I believe the “silent” Trump voter is not only real but their numbers have increased substantially since 2016.

1. A national poll. Trump won despite CA,NY, IL, who are overrepresented in a national poll.
2. Registered and not likely voters only 4 months out is silly.
3. Withoutt fully revealed demographics and methods, a person should assume all polls are political manipulations.

I actually got a survey call today and decided to answer the questions. It was a real person asking and they were straightforward questions so I answered honestly. Donald Trump versus Joe Biden. No brainer.
There is a long history of “narrowing polls.”
Early polls show Democrats leading. This has the predictable effect that organizations (business and otherwise) contribute to Democrats. Organizations need the support of those in power, so they contribute more to those who they think will be in power in the future.
However the reality of the vote will set in. Pollsters and the press who hire them, may want some residual credibility, if only among the credulous. So the polls “narrow,” thereby reducing the Democrat lead. If the trend continues, the Republican may even snatch victory in the waning hours of the election.
Yes, but they should go back a little further and point to the failed policies and corruption that created the poverty that lead to the violence and all of the rest.
