WSJ are never
trumpers and globalist .
They are. the chamber of crony capitalist pals .
What are you referring too ?
They snapped when he killed the TPA treason bill and Global warming scam .
They hate he had not sold us out to China .
Your WSJ hasnt existed since the Murdocks seized power .
Its easier to go up when you are an unknown then when you are a 4 year incumbent.
He could win on his policies but his style is killing him and he refuses to change it.
The solar system is called Fox News, and their show on it is essentially an intellectual defense of Trumpism.
This is what hes been doing by spending federal funds like a kid in a candy store, to ensure the least amount of financial damage is inflicted on the population while setting things up for a “quick” recovery... relatively speaking. He does not nearly get enough credit for what hes done.If things turn around, even mildly, economically by November he has nothing to worry about. Which I am betting will be the case. Thats 4 months from now.
I do take Rasmussen seriously. A number of voters are already willing to sell out their soul to make the pain stop even now. Fighting with Tweets works when things are going smoothly... folks want more now. Anything. The above quoted Information is from Rasmussen's latest.

Biden did thrash Paul Ryan in the VP debate; that was bc Ryan is a wimp and couldn’t respond. Also, that was 8 years ago - Biden can’t put a sentence together now. The progression of dementia is very evident in this old man, who is older than Reagan was when he LEFT the presidency.
According to who? These are not normal times. Three months of economy crushing lockdowns plus coronavirus plus riots. There is nothing that three straight months of a rising economy plus stiff jail sentences for the rioters and statue destroyers won't cure.
It’s not the President. He’s doing a better job than anyone else would. The problem is the tiny, noisy, negative peanut gallery on our side, screeching for its own narrow, personal interests.
We need to get a positive message out in a very big way.
Like how? Posting in this forum? How about Twitter that will last a couple of hours until it's deleted. Trump has the megaphone. Trump has the Justice Department.
Another issue with polls is that in 2016 the polls were way off as Republicans either didn’t answer the polls or lied to the pollsters so they wouldn’t be deemed “racist, sexist, anti Islam, homophobic”, ect. It is much more prominent today due to the threat of being “doxxed”, losing your job and business, threats to personal safety and the safety of your family, and governmental interference at the state and county level for expressing support for Trump and conservatism.
“Do you really think they would want to FIX it.”
If you are in the business of polling wouldn’t you think accuracy would be a priority? Ostensibly accurate polling is the product/service you are selling.
Thanks for the question. In 2016, education, which turned out to be a stronger predictor of voting preference than income or age, was not considered. That caused the 2016 polls to be off because they undercounted people without college education, who voted for Trump overwhelmingly. Now, education is explicitly considered and weighted accordingly.
That is a good point actually. Many Trump voters keep it quiet. This is probably even more true now then it was in 16. I know I won't respond to a poll but I am more committed to Trump than ever.
I am not going to offer President Trump free advice. If he followed my advice instead of his own instincts in 2016 he probably would have lost.
I am not going to panic, either.
However, I am not going to be confident of victory just because in the past Trump and a few other Republican presidents defied the polls.
Not if their target market is getting what they want.
You are giving the pollsters too much credit.
You sound like a nice person.
“Lately he has all but given up even talking about the pandemic”
I think the pandemic just needs to run its course. Individual states do what they want. Federal government continues to give advice and help. No on can predict the course of the pandemic in the near term.
Trump does congratulate himself and hammer foes but he did exactly that leading up to his 2016 electionn
I trust the aggregate more than individual polls. Also, early polls may be misleading. We shall see how all this turns out.
Trump really needs to start hanging the rioters, looters, vandals, and arsonists around the necks of the democrats. He has to light a fire under the butts of all those at the White House and send Mr. and Mrs. Ivanka back to NY City where they belong.
Lol! When has being accurate EVER been a priority for polling firms? Their main goal is creating opinion, not unbiased measurement of it.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
You are full of it.
The WSJ editorial board has NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER been supportive of Trump.
Kimberley Strassel alone has been mostly supportive, and brilliantly so. But the rest of the editorial page crew are total and dedicated NeverTrumpers.
Give me a FREAKING break with that crap.
