Birth rates aren't the issue here. East and South Asians don't have higher birth rates than white Americans (in fact, I think they tend to have slightly smaller families), so their relative growth is due entirely to immigration policy.

It is true that Mexicans and Central Americans are more prolific (and start having children at a much lower age on average, thus reducing the effective generation time), but this wouldn't be a demographic issue if we weren't so generous about welcoming them in large droves to begin with.

I just checked the US Census Bureau’s “Quickfacts” web site. They have Washington D.C. at 41% “white alone” and 36.2% “white alone, not Hispanic or Latino” as of July 1, 2019.

Reinforcing the point that Western nations can survive misguided economic policy but can't survive a demographic replacement, consider Poland and Hungary. They were under Communist rule for decades, and are now under the thumb of the Eurocrats.

In spite of this, they have a healthy sense of cultural and national self-preservation, electing politicians who won't allow their countries to be overrun by Arabs and Africans. In contrast, prior to Trump, we basically allowed our country to be overrrun by Third World peoples, and even Trump's hands are tied, not only because of liberal justices and Democrats in Congress, but because most Senate Republicans and even people in his cabinet and closest inner circle aren't fully on board with his program.
