Come on, people! One of the most basic tenets of all time is being forgotten, ignored. Who votes matters very little. What matters most of all, is, who counts the votes. Whether it is paper, electronic, or hanging chad ballots, the democRAT will make sure Ocrazio is with us for many, many moons.
