What part of the US Attorneys serve at the pleasure of the President of the United States, or at the pleasure of the Attorney General of the United States. If they are not pleased, they can be fired at any time. What part of that does Bergman not grasp?

True. Berman was not confirmed to the job. He is interim, replacing Preet Bharar.
The legal dispute is whether he is entitled to hold the job until a successor is approved by the Senate.

The Justice/s Department used to investigate crimes. I wonder when that changed.I am sure the law has never been enforced equally but it became very obvious when the man from Hope came into power. Ever hear of rape in the White House before Clinton?
