Biden didn’t decide to run until *after* the Burisma/Ukraine stuff started going public. The political class has always held that POTUSes and contestants for same are untouchable.
Imo, Biden is only running for office in an attempt to pull the wool of legal immunity over on us all. And if that fails, gaming “diminished capacity” as a legal defense, shown live on TV as his witness.
He never had a chance to win. He knew it. All his people know it. So, he’s not “throwing the election”, simply trying to game the system.
