These horrible & politically charged decisions coming out of the Supreme Court are shotgun blasts into the face of people that are proud to call themselves Republicans or Conservatives. We need more Justices or we will lose our 2nd. Amendment & everything else. Vote Trump 2020!

Note: Normally I wouldn’t put a Tweet in news/current events, but it’s the President of the United States talking about recent SCOTUS decisions, so it seems appropriate.

I heard that the suit didn’t follow proper procedure. I expect a refile.

Follow-up tweet from Trump:

“Do you get the feeling that the Supreme Court doesn’t like me?”

Remember the ones in black robes, whether district judges blocking every move President Trump ever made, or SCOTUS, remaking America in their own biases’ image, are the ones in sole rule over all of us.

Marriage? They decide. Abortion killing of a baby or not? They decide. Carrying a particular weapon? They decide. Religious practice allowed? Ditto.

A new direction for America to take on race or education or anything else? Its’s all their choice, not ours.

Had John Roberts been alive and serving on the Supreme Court, he would have gleefully authored the Dredd Scott decision.

The Uniparty establishment has ZERO interest in Constitutionally supporting this duly elected POTUS. Never have and never will.

“We need more Justices or we will lose our 2nd. Amendment & everything else. Vote Trump 2020!”

Trump is right, it is time to expand the SCOTUS to 11 or 13 Justices.

Pass court expansion with the next year.

Violation of which federal law???? The program was created by executive action in 2012 by the Obama administration. So one President cannot undo what another President did by Executive Action?

According to CNN "President Trump can overturn any of President Obama's executive orders, just as Trump's successor can overturn anything he signs while in office"

Supreme Court ruled that the Trump's administration's decision to end the program was "arbitrary and capricious" in violation of federal law.

The program was created in 2012 by the Obama administration by executive action. Under its provisions, young immigrants who were brought to the country illegally as children and who met a number of qualifications could be protected from deportation for two years and granted work authorizations. They were required to renew their status when it expired. Janet Napolitano, the secretary of homeland security at the time, described the program as an exercise of "prosecutorial discretion."

I thought that the way Roberts voted on obummercare, twisting the law so he found a tax, that the demonRATs had something really bad on Roberts and now I'd bet my arm on it.

There is no logical reason that one President cannot reverse an executive order from a previous President.

The gibberish bullshit that Roberts posted proves {to me at least} that we need Trump re-elected and we need at least two more new Justices, and maybe we will end up with at least a neutral SCOTUS.

The saddest fact of all, is that the four demonRAT justices don't even pretend to evaluate the case in front of them.

They are going to vote left wing ideology and that is taken as a given, by all sides.

How sad is that?

Roberts is unfit to be a judge. He cannot serve two masters. He should retire to Malta... the other Marxists ought to head on down to Venezuela..

I don't want to here another damn thing about the Federalist Society and who they think would be a good choice - they gave us Gorsuch. I want the next Trump nominee to be an out-and-out right-wing activist, a counterpart to people like Sotomayer and Ginsburg, not some so-called "textualist" who will bend the text any way that pleases him.

Among the casualties of the Bostock ruling is the credibility of the Federalist Society as a vetting gate for SC nominees.

For future Federal judiciary nominations, President Trump should simply disqualify any potential candidate who attended an Ivy League law school.

In fact, if it were up to me I'd actually reject any potential nominee who is even A LAWYER.
