Remember the ones in black robes, whether district judges blocking every move President Trump ever made, or SCOTUS, remaking America in their own biases’ image, are the ones in sole rule over all of us.

Marriage? They decide. Abortion killing of a baby or not? They decide. Carrying a particular weapon? They decide. Religious practice allowed? Ditto.

A new direction for America to take on race or education or anything else? Its’s all their choice, not ours.

It isn't the entire Supreme Court that rules. It is the swing vote on a balanced court that rules, exclusively. Roberts is enjoying his plenary authority over every narrow decision.

It has become a fact that Roberts, as the frequent swing(er) justice, IS the King of America.

Ever since Anthony Kennedy ruled that everyone has the right to decide for himself the meaning of the universe, we’ve seen these ridiculous decisions. Objective reality and the real meaning of words is out, and whatever I think is groovy is now in.

Are there any judges out there who can actually think? Or have we all lost our minds? I’m not sure about myself sometimes. It’s a challenge to keep one’s sanity as the madness deepens.
