Think about this for a moment.

Rashad is 31 years old.

How hold was he in 2008?

He would have been 19 years old.

His first election would have been for Obama.

So, if Obama had a son he would look just like Ratsheet.

He is black, and she is white. This was clear racism on his part.

I know this guy is probably a pathological bully to everyone but I also think the push to cry “systemic racism” means, to some people whipped up in anger, that all whites are guilty and thus all whites deserve to be punished. When we unmoor discrimination from specific definable acts we endanger a lot of innocent people.

When someone of that age gets assaulted it should be charged as attempted murder. I don’t care how good a shape someone as senior as this poor lady, this little sheet should be the protest of the century. Burn all the chicken places and baggy pants outlets. Ok I know saying chicken has a racist connotation, but would it be ok to say

GRAMERCY PARK, Manhattan (WABC) — Police have arrested a suspect in a random attack on a 92-year-old woman in Manhattan, and the victim is speaking out about her harrowing ordeal.

Video shows the suspect walking down Third Avenue between 15th and 16th streets in Gramercy Park around 3:30 p.m. on June 12 when he suddenly pushes the woman and keeps walking.

“I’m frightened to tears,” she said. “I’m not going to walk there on my own, and it’s very upsetting. It’s very upsetting.”

The push caused the woman, a retired teacher who didn’t want her name used, to fall on the ground and hit her head on a fire hydrant.

“I thought it was a brick or something like that,” she said. “Hit me on the right scalp, on the right side of my head, and of course I fell down on the street. There were a couple of young women there. They helped me up. They said, ‘I’m going to call an ambulance.’”

She’s still bruised but otherwise OK after the routine walk to the drug store ended with a trip to the ER. She credits her good health for making it home, where she intends to stay for the time being.

“I’ve felt very safe in the city, and now, forget it,” she said. “I’m afraid to go out.”

Neighbors who watched the video were in disbelief.

“That guy should be caught and have his arms broken off,” one said.

“That’s horrible,” added another. “You shouldn’t do that...that’s crazy. How do you do that? How do you do that?”

Police said later Tuesday that a suspect had been taken into custody.

The suspect, 31-year-old Rashid Brimmage, is charged with assault. He reportedly has more than 100 prior arrests and was recognized by a police officer who had seen the surveillance video.

Police say Brimmage is not only a career criminal, but a transit recidivist. He became a level 2 sex offender with a July 23, 2014 arrest for persistent sexual abuse.

His most recent arrest was March 9, for reportedly punching a 29-year-old man at a pizza shop in East Harlem. He received a desk appearance ticket.

In February, he allegedly punched a 39-year-old female at a Dunkin’ Donuts in the Bronx, and then punched a 39-year-old man at the same donut shop.

He is also a suspect in a February grand larceny in the subway in East Harlem.

Good point. Originally I couldn’t tell if he made a fist or not, so I left it alone. But it was to the face, definitely not a push to the shoulder, say. He deserves whatever he gets, times a thousand!

Desk appearance ticket
In New York City, a desk appearance ticket is an order to appear in the New York City Criminal Court for an arraignment.

A person who receives a DAT has been arrested. The DAT is simply one of two alternative means by which a person who is arrested appears for arraignment, or first appearance.

A person who receives a DAT is permitted to appear in court on their own on the date indicated on the DAT document.

A person who does not receive a DAT is processed through the arrest to arraignment system and is supposed to have their arraignment within 24 hours.

From the point that the case is arraigned, a DAT case is like any other criminal case. DATs are usually only issued for misdemeanors in which there is little chance that the defendant will flee the jurisdiction; currently, DATs may be issued for violation, misdemeanors, and “E” felonies.

If a person fails to return to court on the date indicated on the DAT, the Court will issue an arrest warrant.Wikipedia

“Anyone know what this is?”

You go to a desk at the Courthouse. They give you a ticket with a date to appear. If you don’t a warrant is issued for your arrest. If the cops find you they bring you back to the Courthouse where your given another ticket.

Lather, rinse, repeat.
