Drink the kool-aid.

Has not a rational thought in his head.

“Yeah, I’ll take a knee — I’m all for it,” O’Brien told the Houston Chronicle. “The players have a right to protest, a right to be heard and a right to be who they are. They’re not taking a knee because they’re against our flag. They’re taking a knee because they haven’t been treated equally in this country for over 400 years.”

You keep seeing these advocate saying "It's not about the flag"
... but in the end, that is the perception of very many who watch the protest, since it happens DURING the national anthem, while ALL attention is ON the flag.

Keep in mind, this is the SAME group who demand the Confederate flag be removed - based on their perception it is a racist symbol, even as those who fly it claim it has nothing to do with racism.

Colin Kaepernick said he took a knee because he was specifically protesting the flag and this country.

My question to all of these people would be, if you are not protesting against the flag then why do you insist on doing the protest during the presentation of the flag and the National Anthem being played? Why not do a demonstration on your own time away from the football field?

Yeah, Stupid, and potential viewers have a right not to tune in to such hatred and disrespect for our country. Have a right not to buy tickets and have this idiocy forced down their throats for the inflated price of their tickets. And BTW—is the U.S. 400 years old? You’re as ignorant of U.S. history as you are devoid of respect for the country that gave you and the overpaid beef cattle you coach a chance to become millionaires.

“They’re taking a knee because they haven’t been treated equally in this country for over 400 years.”

O’Brien needs to resign as coach today and demand that a black person take his place. You, personally, are holding a black coach back!! Go ahead coach, put your money where your mouth is! Anything less means you’re just a big phony, with a big mouth!

Treating blacks like little babies is really going to be the answer to the problem.

my football watching season is over before it began. And this was the nail.

He's talking about men who make millions of dollars to play a ball game for a living. LOL.

The English treated my People pretty rottenly for almost one thousand years, then just over one hundred twenty years ago, virtually starved them into extinction. Should I take a knee over that?

*****

Nonsense.

They're barely 21 years old.

Most are on scholarships worth at a minimum of $100,000.

No telling how much "quiet" cash the better players received.

Treat me bad that way.
