Yes, and any company that hires H-1B workers must commit to train African Americans to fill those positions. (The theory is that H-1B workers are hired because no Americans are available. Well, here is an opportunity to train blacks to work in high tech. It’s a win-win situation)

I seriously doubt it - LEFTIST creators is more like it. Larry Elder, Candace Owens, Brandon Tatum, etc. won’t be among those they want to promote specifically because of their skin color and what they believe.

All the channels I follow for assorted subjects of interest to me feature white people who worked like crazy to build their content and following, often downsizing or saving enough money to quit their day jobs and accept the risk of striking out on their own. Their work is very professional and informative.
I'm guessing this fund won't result in that...

Give me black creators like those that made the great music of the 50s through the 80s. As for the (c)rap and hip-hop, well, they serve as proof that evolution in music does not always proceed in the same direction.
In any case, let the artists do what they may - and let society choose what folks like.
However, we know what’ll happen...”ve haff looked at your purchase history, and we haff vays of making you buy what is proper”.

So more videos referring to “bitches” and “hoes”.
No thanks

YouTube will create a $100 million fund dedicated to amplifying and developing the voices of Black creators and artists and their stories, the CEO announced Thursday.
Because they can Never make it on their own, they need special rules and require different more lenient standards than everyone else to advance in society. They Can't do it withour our help HOW FRIKKIN RACIST CAN YOU GET!!??

What is YouTube implying with that statement about black people?

I bet Candace Owens isn’t going to get a penny of it.
Or Larry Elder, Or Alfonzo Rachel, etc.

Why is it that black people need special attention, special donations and special treatment? Blue parking spaces are reserved for handicapped people who need special attention, special donations and special treatment.
