And S Powell once signed a book copy and praised Judge Sullivan. The judge included that in his filing.

The word on the street is that Sullivan is completely ignorant of the law and is as corrupt as they come. He relies on his clerks to do his work and in this case he got plenty of help from the Coup d'Etat cabal. He has no idea what is in that brief.

“What, if anything, should Judge Sullivan do about Mr. Flynn’s sworn statements to the court, where he repeatedly admitted to the crime and to the voluntariness of his guilty plea, only to now claim that he never lied to the government and was pressured and misled into pleading guilty?”

Ummmmmm...if there is evidence that he was pressured into pleading guilty then what he should do is dismiss the case!

Michael Flynn Finally Seems to Be Getting the Justice He Deserves
But there are documents from Flynn’s former lawyers stating that “We have a lawyers’ unofficial understanding that they are unlikely to charge Junior in light of the Cooperation Agreement.”
They went on to say in other internal emails that “The government took pains not to give a promise to MTF regarding Michael Jr., so as to limit how much of a ‘benefit’ it would have to disclose as part of its Giglio disclosures to any defendant against whom MTF may one day testify.”

Snip...Particularly problematic for Flynn’s former lawyers was the Justice Department’s threat to prosecute Flynn and his son for FARA violations unless Flynn agreed to plead guilty to lying to federal agents.

Dis gon' git good.

He’s probably under a gag order. Next comes sentencing. I expect that Flynn will serve several years in prison for his guilty plea. Then the judge will tack on another five or ten years for attempting to revoke his guilty plea and contempt of court (attempting to remove the judge from the case and more). Appeals will be denied as part of sentence.

Sidney Powell was referring to Sullivan’s actions in the Ted Stevens case. Stevens was the last vote blocking a sixty vote super majority for the Dems Senate vote on Obamacare, but was voted out of office when falsely prosecuted at the last minute.

What Powell was missing is that Sullivan only acted AFTER Obamacare had been passed, and he got the okay from Eric Holder. Even then, the Mueller team only got a slap on the wrist, and were allowed to remain in the DOJ.

Powell is also missing that Sullivan is still getting his marching orders from Holder and Obama. He will be taken care of, but I can’t believe Powell is missing the obvious.

This is all about giving Sullivan a way to show his handlers he did everything he could but the man just overruled him.

I think that you are wrong on both points. I was not impressed with the brief filed today and I doubt that the Circuit Court will think much of it either.

” should Judge Sullivan do “

Admit that the government does indeed pressure, extort and bully innocent people and go along with the prosecution request.

It’s a matter of settled law to do so.

Judges lose absolute immunity when they perform actions which are not within the scope of their judicial capacity.

There are a pair of ex-judges in Pennsylvania serving time as felons in Pennsylvania because of a scheme where they separated white male non-violent juvenile “offenders” from their families and assigned the to group homes, in return for cash kickbacks from the group home operators.

A rubber stamp is an endorsement given sans examination by an authority with oversight.

YOU, dumbass, have no oversight authority. You try the case, that’s it.

Democrats ALWAYS get away with wiping their asses with the law. Clearly this judge can do as he damed well pleases.

Judge Sullivan acts as if Michael Flynn is the first person ever to plead guilty when innocent as part of a plea agreement.

I'm kind of surprised the judge has not called on the House Judiciary Committee to start impeachment proceedings against Barr for wanting the drop the case against Gen. Flynn. Maybe that comes later.

I bet Joe Biden would appoint Sullivan to the SCOTUS first chance he gets.

He has orders from his handlers, the Coup d'Etat cabal. It's not personal, he is as dumb as a box of rocks.

Sullivan does not recognize the current Justice Department as legitimate.
He considers the Obama Justice Department still to be the legitimate Justice Department.

Two reasons to stall the Flynn case: to keep Flynn’s gag order in place and to run out the Statute of Limitations on the Hag and her criminal cabal for their crimes against the American people and their numerous other crimes. I surmise that General Flynn knows about all of it and is anxious to divulge what he knows. Hope he has some really good body guards.

It was supposed to be over by the close of business today - June 1. Anyone hear what happened or when their close of business is? Midnight perhaps?
