Judge Sullivan acts as if Michael Flynn is the first person ever to plead guilty when innocent as part of a plea agreement.

I'm kind of surprised the judge has not called on the House Judiciary Committee to start impeachment proceedings against Barr for wanting the drop the case against Gen. Flynn. Maybe that comes later.

I read the brief, it wasn’t impressive. Lot’s of gobbly gook, but it fails to make an argument that a Judge may usurp a power reserved to the Executive Branch. Of course, he can’t, so those high priced lawyers didn’t advance the case in favor of Judge Sullivan.
