There are reports that police are bracing for possible violence tonight in the affluent Memphis suburbs. Memphis and Germantown police tell KWAM there are fears ANTIFA thugs and other leftist groups might be targeting suburban areas.
Crews were busy over the weekend boarding up the front of the Apple store in the Shops of Saddle Creek. A security officer told a KWAM staffer that anyone not shopping had to leave the premises.
At least four Germantown police cruisers were also seen patrolling the streets around the upscale shopping district and another police car was stationed in the parking lot.

I just watched the MN governors press conference, the Public Safety head said that they have found large stockpiles of Molotov cocktails, rocks, bricks and other projectiles stashed throughout the city. They have also found a fleet of stolen cars some of which also had stockpiles of such things in them. He said that early this morning Bloomington MN police pulled over a car, the driver got out doused the car with gas and tried to set it on fire. He said that MN is working with other states to determine where these cars were stolen. Naturally, the “reportes” showed little interest in these revelations.

Off hours when stores are breached (sensors, alarms) a drone can be dispatched immediately to assist in killing the looters.
During state insurrection can these drones be armed with rifles.

Now it is time to treat them as terrorists. Deploy overwhelming military assets to the cities that are burning.
Failure to do so will further encourage and embolden this terrorist activity.

I do. I drove by saddle creek a couple of hours ago and didn’t see anything.
To be legal these drones probably need to have the weapon controlled by military, after the insurrection act is valid for that state.

Deer rifles? My one block street in Germantown can outfit an infantry platoon.
A deer rifle makes for a pretty good sniper rifle. Sure, purpose built sniper equipment takes it up a few notches. But still, your average scoped deer rifle in the hands of someone who knows what they’re doing can reach out hundreds of yards. This is a good thing. From a tactical standpoint you want to be engaging the rioters on the next block, when they can’t even tell where the rounds are coming from. You don’t want to wait until molotov cocktails are hitting your home or business. Of course good tactics might not meet the letter of the law...

Even from the block over, if someone sees someone is being killed they can shoot the perp in order to save the life of the to-be/current victim.
I believe the requirement is that the person be in danger of being killed or harmed by said perp.
Nothing in the laws say anything about distance.
