State troopers have already been called in and Mayor Jacob Frey asked for the National Guard's help after one suspected looter was fatally shot and stores were left ransacked and torched.
Shocking images Thursday morning show the widespread destruction left in the wake of the protests over the death of Floyd in police custody on Monday.
Chaos first erupted Tuesday after footage showed a white police officer knelt on the father-of-two's neck for eight minutes. By Wednesday stores including Wendy's, Target, Walmart and AutoZone had been looted, ransacked and some set alight before rioters tried to bust open an ATM.

Hey, that might be a way to prevent your store from getting looted. Put an "Open for business with limited capacity. Please wait outside and we will call you in one at a time."

The thing about this that leaps our at me is that 4 cops take down a guy, they’re leaning on him in some way...then he says he can’t breath...and there isn’t AT LEAST an insistent echo somewhere at the back of their minds “Staten Island, loosies, takedown, dude who says “I can’t breath””. These guys have no fundamental sense of self preservation.

Seriously though- I doubt police and army or whatever are going to arrest folks looting- so not sure why they are calling them in- but we’ll see-

Let’s be clear on one thing: Democrats own this entire sorry situation. There has been a Democrat Mayor in Minneapolis non-stop since 1978. The current City Council is comprised of 12 Democrats and 1 Green Party. The Chief of Police, a Black-Mexican-American, spent his entire career under Democrat leadership, and was appointed by a Democrat administration. Any allegedly “racist” cops on the police force in 1978 would have retired by now. So every single police officer on the force, and all of its supervision, were hired and promoted under a 100% Democrat regime. This has nothing to do with President Trump, or any Republican.
