Sullivan is dragging it for some political reason. Until the case is over, Flynn is on ice unable to comment publicly on what happened. Graham wanted to extend him an invitation to testify before Congress. Sullivan has set up a July 15 date for the amicus brief.

Hopefully, the DC district court will rule quickly after the June 1 submission from Sullivan. There are a number of shady issues that Sullivan has been involved in that could make him susceptible to blackmail. His wayward son is one problem.

Sullivan can’t do sh*t. He is not the prosecutor. He is the judge. DOJ and Flynn have agreed to drop the case. Game over. The DC circuit may censure Sullivan or take other disciplinary action. Maybe that is why Sullivan has hired a criminal lawyer.
