In Texas state constitution prohibits mailing everyone absentee ballots. But it’s not stopping the Democrats from pushing forward through the courts even though it is against the state constitution.

I can’t speak for the other 49 states but I’m sure the actions are the same in every state because the Democrats are trying to balance stuff in ballot harvesting and steal the 2020 election in unconstitutional means.

So if rogue secretaries of State violate their state constitutions how is that leading states determine their elections?

Yes but not by fiat of a single official, the voting rules are set by the state legislature. It may be up for debate that Trump could withhold funding, but I wouldn’t bet against it. There are lots of things in play.
