Diktats from Whitmer do not equal laws.
The Michigan state assemblies are already suing Whitmer in court over her unconditional lockdown diktats and stand a good chance of winning just like they won in Wisconsin.
You are going to have to find another way to cheat.

This, perhaps more than anything, is what drives me crazy in the current "crisis".

For years, we've had activist judges legislating from the bench. Bad stuff, but there seems no way to stop it. Now we have a lot of governors just waving their magic wands, seemingly bringing legislation into existence just on a whim.

Is this a republic? Do we have state legislatures? Do they have a purpose? Do the rights of the people matter? The answers are all too obvious.
