Body Mass Index (BMI) is medical malpractice. It is notoriously inaccurate, and doesn't even provide a decent first order approximation of body fat.
I'm 6"4", 256 lbs, and 12% body fat. We are in good company with a lot of special forces operators and professional athletes.
