Last month, Biden said he is open to “expanding” his climate plan, in part as a way to woo former supporters of Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.).

The pipeline is completed except for:
Phase IV: Expected to be in service in 2023, the Keystone XL Pipeline Project will add an additional connection from Hardisty, Alberta, to Steele City, Nebraska and complete the existing Keystone Pipeline System.
The Alberta Govt. has recently invested 1.5 billion in the pipeline with an additional 6 billion in loan guarantees in the hopes of speeding things up.
The only Pipe Line that Biden knows is the PIPE with the good stuff in it for which people stand in “Line”.
This SOB would out millions of American workers on the unemployment line and crash hundreds or thousands of related oil industry businesses.
