I seem to remember some women were very talented with ping-pong balls. Those are certainly much bigger than any aqueous droplets that may expunge from an unmasked mouth.

We have to be careful how we parse our words. We have to use dialogue like Mr. Peabody and Sherman in those old “kids” cartoons. It took me years to figure out the hidden meanings.

Without this ‘hint’ anyone who has conjured up what I said has ‘been there, seen that’.

I had a friend that owned a bar and myself and a couple of other ‘Vets’ were noon/early afternoon ‘regulars’’.

The friend kept referring to most anything confusing as a ‘dog and pony show’.

We ‘laughed AT him’ for awhile and one day he said, amazing how you guys laugh at the same ‘joke’ every day.

I pulled him out of earshot and explained what an Olangapo or Tijuana ‘Dog and Pony Show is/was’.

He NEVER used the term again......

One of those, if you know you know’ moments.
