Two weeks ago I met with the surgeon who will do my hip replacement in June. He was wearing a “regular” mask like the rest of us, and it was driving him crazy!! He complained loudly. He said the mask he wears for surgery is entirely different, and it doesn’t bother him at all. 1. He’s used to it, and 2. it’s a completely different design and construction.
So what you wrote isn’t really an apples-to-apples situation.
The claim wasn't the masks were uncomfortable, though some of them are. The claim was if you're healthy, don't wear a mask. Well I hope that those doing surgery on Blaylock are healthy so I don't see where they wear a mask in surgery.
They wear masks not to protect themselves from the patient but to protect the patient from them. Same reason why people should be wearing masks now.
Well not everywhere.
Wearing masks all day is UNHEALTHY! period.
I live on a property that is 389 X 630. Over 5 acres. My house is at lest 70 feet from the nearest perimeter fence line. I go out of my house all day long without a mask on.
I only use the mask INSIDE a business. NOT while driving ...NOT at home property.
I wear glasses & I cannot keep them from fogging up badly.
IF MY Governor thinks they can enforce an ‘outside the house ordcr’—he better come ready for a fight.
I surprised we haven’t seen some of these DemocRAT Governors and Mayors sent to meet their Maker already.

KETO DIET is what I’ve seen.
My issue is 4 GI diseases plus the Type 2, limits what I can eat. Neither the Gastro or Endo talk to each other. No one listens to me. GERD serve, Barrett’s which is pre Cancer spots on the Esophagus, caused by the GERD. Diverticulosis, so NO seeds, Gastropresis which is a NO FIBER diet, then you add in Hypothyroidism which gets the grapefruit, SOY, English Walnuts, No Broccoli family, effects the med. Type 2 is total Opposite High fiber, which doesn’t digest.
All the Type 2 meds have UT’s, Yeast, skin Yeast, I can’t take Mycin, Cipro, Kelflex + more or the Anti-fungal’s only penicillin types. And you can’t find under wear with the elastic covered at waist and legs in Cotton. Elastic on bra just caused a skin yeast infection, they are hard to kill, spread like wildfire. All the meds have basically the same issues. Rock and hard place.
Mine died of lung cancer at home weighed 80 lbs as it spread to her throat. Grandmother dropped dead of heart attack or stroke after a trip to grocery store, she was taking tons of PEPTO for acid re-flux, back when it was not recolonized as a symptom. Never saw a doc in her life.
