Obama was what the founders tried to prevent with the natural born citizen requirement.

A foreigner in the Oval Office.
An enemy agent as Commander in Chief.

“Curious statement” means “flagrant lie”.

I’d like to see the same precedent statement from the Clintons. We all know with 100% certainty that Bill Clinton committed perjury, lying under oath, and the proof is as convincing as DNA on a blue dress. There is a lot of precedent for getting away with perjury, either because the accused is a democrat and thus above the law or because the prosecutor is a democrat and thus a corrupt abuser of power.

I don’t find it curious at all. It fits right in with other left-wing commentators distortions of the truth.

There is a difference. Turley is an actual lawyer. Obama just plays a constitutional scholar on TV having gotten his law degree from the usual cracker jack box - Harvard.

President Barack Obama’s warning that the "rule of law is at risk"

What is at risk is their rules for our laws.

Flynn needs to be the crack in the dam.

Turley: Lastly, Turley pointed out that he believes there is indeed precedent for what took place with Flynn. "Finally, there is precedent,” Turley wrote.

“There is a specific rule allowing for this motion under Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 48(a). There are specific Supreme Court cases like Rinaldi v. United States addressing the standard for such dismissals. The Justice Department has dismissed cases in the past including the Stevens case. That was requested by President Obama's own Attorney General Eric Holder for the same reason: misconduct by prosecutors. It was done before the same judge, Judge Sullivan.”

“How is that for precedent?” Turley asked.

And the frosting on the cake: Eric Holder's name enters the fray. Lol.

Most of the lawyerly type talkers are furiously searching for the "painfully obvious" difference in that case at this very moment.

Yes, apparently “rule of law” = “liberals can persecute people any time they want because they feel like it”.

Obunga is back peddling working overtime in an attempt to "cover his own A$$."

He KNOWS who was calling out all the "ORDERS from HEADQUARTERS"... it WAS HIMSELF that called the shots.

He now KNOWS he may be caught in his own web unless Biden, or some other Dimm, can retake the presidency.

I'd say he's going to be FULLY EXPOSED.

Whether he's ever indicted and prosecuted is another matter altogether... that's all about POLITICS, NOT JUSTICE.

Obama is correct about the threat to HIS rule of law. One that is derived from Stalin’s Show Trials from the Great Purge.
