If these FD-302 forms were never used to prosecute anyone, then I'm not sure how any of these revelations even matter right now.
An FD-302 is simply a report of what an interviewee said. In this case, two FBI Agents interviewed Flynn. The interview was not recorded. One of the agents present in the interview prepared a report (an FD-302). It is alleged that two people not present during the interview, Deputy Director Andy McCabe and Attorney Lisa Page altered that 302 that was prepared by the agent who was actually there. Flynn was thereafter prosecuted for
Lying and the original interview report (302) has still not been turned over. In aprosecution for lying its pretty important to have an accurate report of what the person actually said. Altering a report, presumably to make him
Sound more guilty is pretty important when its Flynns wors against the agents who interviewed him. If true, as it seems it is, that would be obstruction of justice in my opinion. McCabe and others need to prosecuted.
I think it should be relevant to the judge because it, among other things, was used to coerce the defendant into pleading guilty.
Secondly, an FD-302 has to be filed within a particular time limit and any alteration of that document after that time window has elapsed would appear to reach the level of evidence tampering.
