If the witch judge had a truly non-partisan brain, she would realize that the information just made public in the Flynn case is much bigger than the Flynn case and that the information will uncover wrongdoing in much more than the Flynn case.

In other words, it is more than likely that facts will be discovered that will have an impact on the Roger Stone case.

She certainly should realize that the various individuals who planned to get Flynn were also involved in the plans to get Stone.

The tactics used in the application for warrants, interrogations, etc., certainly were devised by the same group think.

So if she were really a neutral judge, she would hold off sentencing for a reasonable period of time until more is revealed.

I'll have to fix this:

"Roger Stone's lawyers told a court on Thursday that they intend to appeal the right-wing political operative's 40-month prison sentence and a judge's the left-wing political operative's decision to deny him a new trial."

The article forgot to mention that "judge" Amy Berman Jackson is a left-wing political operative...

“She certainly should realize that the various individuals who planned to get Flynn were also involved in the plans to get Stone.”

The whole plan was to get Stone, Flynn, Manafort and others and then to torture them into perjuring themselves to get our President Trump and achieve a bloodless coup.

The Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Oversight, Agency Action, Federal Rights and Federal Courts is one of seven subcommittees within the United States Senate Committee on the Judiciary. It was created at the beginning of the 113th Congress.
Jurisdiction

(1) Federal court jurisdiction, administration and management; (2) Rules of evidence and procedure; (3) Creation of new courts and judgeships; (4) Bankruptcy; (5) Legal reform and liability issues; (6) Local courts in territories and possessions; (7) Administrative practices and procedures including agency rulemaking and adjudication; (8) Judicial review of agency action; (9) Third party enforcement of federal rights; (10) Oversight of the Department of Justice grant programs, as well as government waste and abuse; (11) private relief bills other than immigration; and (12) Oversight of the Foreign Claims Settlement Act.

The United States Senate Committee on the Judiciary, informally the Senate Judiciary Committee, is a standing committee of 22 U.S. Senators whose role is to oversee the Department of Justice (DOJ), consider executive and judicial nominations, and review pending legislation.[1][2]

The Judiciary Committee’s oversight of the DOJ includes all of the agencies under the DOJ’s jurisdiction, such as the FBI. It also has oversight of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The Committee considers presidential nominations for positions in the DOJ, the Office of National Drug Control Policy, the State Justice Institute, and certain positions in the Department of Commerce and DHS. It is also in charge of holding hearings and investigating judicial nominations to the Supreme Court, the U.S. court of appeals, the U.S. district courts, and the Court of International Trade.[1] The Standing Rules of the Senate confer jurisdiction to the Senate Judiciary Committee in certain areas, such as considering proposed constitutional amendments and legislation related to federal criminal law, human rights law, immigration, intellectual property, antitrust law, and internet privacy.[1][3]

Seems like one of these could do something about crooked Judges, DOJ, FBI etc

Meanwhile Grassley was tweeting away this morning asking, How did these things happen?

Stone is a private citizen and I can’t see anything criminal in anything he has done.

Wasn’t this the day he was supposed to report to jail? Did that happen?
