Judge Napolitano: If judge won't dismiss Michael Flynn case, Trump should pardon him
Fox News ^ | April 30 2020 | Joshua Nelson

Fox News senior judicial analyst Andrew Napolitano reacted with outrage on Thursday to FBI documents that show officials discussed their motivations for interviewing Michael Flynn in the White House in January 2017 — and openly questioned if their "goal" was "to get him to lie, so we can prosecute him or get him fired."

Napolitano told “Fox & Friends” that any person who believes that the “laws should be applied fairly should be utterly scandalized and outraged” by the FBI’s scheme to set up the then-national security adviser to be prosecuted.

“Whether they like him or not, whether he’s guilty or not, the goal must be justice, but they actually plotted to bring him in a trap,” Napolitano told “Fox & Friends.”

Meanwhile, in his column today, Napolitano blamed Trump for the pandemic.

Even though correct in this case, Judge Nappy needs to be dismissed.

Along with that extremist hack judge, Amy Berman of recent Stone fame.

A “pardon” would be a mistake.
The Flynn case needs to be thoroughly placed in front of a judge and disposed of without any qualifiers...

No. Trump should not pardon Flynn. He shouldn’t have to.

If the judge refuses to dismiss the case, them impeach the judge for miscarriage of justice.

The DC area judiciary is still a solidly Democratic entity. The area judges will do nothing that can be perceived as helpful to Trump or his supporters. Most of these judges are vile politicians in robes. don’t expect impartial justice.

Judge Nap is back on the Fox consultancy payroll. So he is saying Fox-like things.

I wonder now what he really believes.

The case should be dismissed with prejudice and Flynn made financially whole along with the maximum punishment applied to all those involved in this travesty.

SEnd a few of the arrogant bastards away for 15-20 yrs and perhaps the rest of them will wake up.

Trump should release all documents related to the case without redaction. The sunshine should be all over those involved.

Trump should not pardon Flynn. Flynn should be set free via court action, in such a way that the FBI, Covington and the prosecutors are legally exposed to the max.

Much of the relevant documentation has been released this week after years of stone-walling. It makes it clear Flynn was set up. After years of sitting on the info, why did the DOJ finally release it? Because it’s no longer being used for Grand Jury evidence, meaning Durham is wrapping things up.

Incorrect. The information released was obtained by US Attorney Jim Jensen of St. Louis.

He was appointed by AG Barr to review the case and is former FBI.

The critical files revealed were given to US Attorney for D.C. Timothy Shea, another pick by AG Barr.

Just follow the dots of facts, more is coming and will be unsealed in the Gen. Flynn case.

Then you won’t get caught up in gaslighting scams.

And why was it released to Jensen or Shea? Do you know? Of course not.

It would not be a good move to pardon Flynn before the election.

As things stand now, Flynn has a good chance having the charges dismissed.

Judge Nappy is simply continuing his anti-Trump campaign.
