C'mon; I know that politicians, and Democrats specifically, have less than no respect for the American people, but do they really think we're dumb enough to believe they're actually going to permit Joe Biden to be their candidate against President Trump?
Biden can't tell you how many fingers he's holding up while standing in front of a mirror. He is stunningly incoherent, a pitiful example of diminished capacity. Additionally, he's not far from being indicted for allegedly sexually molesting Tara Reade, his former aide.

It isn’t about President Biden but about who replaces him within a year of the election.

1) They’re probably using him as a placeholder for a last-minute switcheroo so Trump won’t know who he’s running against.
2) Or...they think they’ve got the fraud operation dialed in enough that they can get him in. Having an incoherent POTUS that doesn’t have to buy into stuff has advantages for them if they can make it happen.

And a reflection of those who will vote for him. Yep, they’ll stick with him. They’ll cancel debates due to the “national emergency” and pray that Joe doesn’t get in an interview longer than 3 minutes where he would likely display his mental decline.
Then, if they can pull off the unthinkable, with the all in support of the media, the DNC would be the de facto president.
Biden was never the intended nominee. It’s a setup to replace him with Michelle (Michael) Obama during the 1st year of his presidency
Biden won’t make it to the election. His purpose is to keep the base’s collective trap shut until the correct nominee can be chosen. Whether it is Hillary or the Wookie or whatever, remains to be seen.
Biden is already out and doesn’t know it.

My analysis.....
When Obama came on board backing Biden, the DNC consensus was made public. Biden is the sacrificial candidate
The election year is a series complex and variable events. One of those events is the convention. Others are maintaining the House and capturing the Senate.
The consensus seems to be that the Presidential race will be abandoned. biden will be the candidate and the race will be lost. There will be a retreat to fight in 2024.
The convention must be sweetness and light and unity. The effort and most importantly the money, must directed to congressional races.

Yeah, sure, he’ll be indicted right around the time that I’m picked to chaperone the Swedish Bikini Team on their trip to a tropical clothing-optional resort.

That is my fear and that will not be acceptable to President Trump or the rest of us.
I have thought many times they just can’t but it sure looks like they are actually going to. Some here are surprised MSM would go so far as to protect a man displaying obvious and worsening dementia symptoms to be President just because he happens to be the rat nominee. Yes they are democrats too but
if they had any integrity they would be saying you must find a replacement. But having integrity and being Democrat is no longer even a possibility.
I suspect by this fall, crazy Joe will be full tongue-blade city.
They have to replace him at their convention. Can you imagine him in negotiations with foreign leaders? That would be an embarrassment.
The so-called "debates" have no legal or constitutional standing, and there is no excuse necessary to cancel them.
If by some miracle Biden is the nominee, they just won't happen.
The author makes an inadvertent point in citing the late Mario Cuomo as governor of New York - if you could place a dead man into office, why not Joe?
Would anyone really be surprised if he slipped in the shower within days of his VP nominee being selected / the convention?
