Is the US government lying to to the American people as to what really is going on today. We are still buying contaminated PPE from China... Are they slowly shipping more virus back to us in the PPE equipment. What the fuck is happening to America. We are in a serious war and need to deal with taking out China. They are going to destroy the western world. They have spread their virus world wide and not in china where they locked down the virus from spreading past Wuhan provence.
The federal courts are closed here in Northern Virginia for all but telephonic hearings which don’t require evidence or testimony. All filing has been done electronically for years, so we can still file cases and motions, but anything requiring testimony or evidence, like a trial, is continued to June or later, and I suspect will be continued again. Although, oddly, orders in uncontested matters are being entered at lightning speed.
I live 20 miles from the MD line at Garrett Co. Used to travel I68 alot. I know what you are saying.

Virginia is about 2-3 weeks behind the outbreak in NYC. Cases continue to increase, with a heavy concentration in Northern Virginia.
My guess is that one of the reasons for this is that the DC metro area is heavily reliant on commuter trains, similar to NYC.

Yes people and businesses are shut down. My story for this weekend in observation.
I went to walmart yesterday and it was packed. 30% were wearing masks 10% gloves. I look at all the walkers out and about, drove by the park today and even though it’s closed people are there in crowds with very few masks, kids are out and about in packs going from 7/11 to where ever on their bikes, the metro and buses are still running, the city is worse. I know loads of people are going and visiting other people. Sometimes they bring drive through food, I saw several of them in the parking lots with their chairs hanging out for hours between them like it’s a tailgate. the DC metro area has not hit peak.
I believe USSS use state plates. I am leaning towards the HSA using state plates as well.
