But the numbers of cases were infinitesimal to Wuhan. Also my uncle fought them in Korea, was captured on the C’hong C’hong in Nov of ‘50. He talked about the human wave attacks. There was small regard for casualties in achieving the objective. Same here.

I don't think Zmirak's article asserted that the virus did not get out to the rest of China. It says the CCP tried to stop its spread (albeit unsuccessfully) by limiting travel from Wuhan throughout the rest of China, but did not limit travel from Wuhan to the whole rest of the world.

Looks like another accidental spill, so to spek: the virus "got out" again --- got out to the rest of China.
