A few years ago I was watching Mexican coverage of the Mexican presidential election. Of course all voters had photo ID. Their photo ID was matched with a copy in the poll workers book. I believe they had to sign something, and the book was marked showing that they had voted. They may have had thumbs inked, but I’m not sure of that detail. I seriously doubt that any non-citizens voted in Mexico, but then Mexico seems to take things like citizenship pretty seriously. Check out requirements to become a Mexican citizen if you don’t believe me.
Now of course photo ID, making voters register beforehand, and actually showing up to vote in person in Mexico isn’t racist because...
